The Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 2 different vineyards: - In the heights of Pommard, on the border of the forest, the « Les Fas » vineyard was entirely replanted in 1945: consisting of old vines that give little yield, however a beautiful quality grape. The climate on this vineyard is a lot colder than on the rest of the vineyards owned by the Domaine, and is accordingly the last to be harvested. - Clos de la Perrière in Corpeau: this Clos is located south of Puligny-Montrachet, the Aligotés were planted in the late 1960’s and have higher level of acidity.
